This listing is 8 years old so it has probably been bought and sold several times. In my totally cynical opinion the exterior is ugly. But, the interior is beautiful! And why no sweeping drone shots of the 154 acre property? Christie's dropped the ball on that one. Sotheby's, Berkshire Hathaway would have. I will certainly not be listing my trailer-park home with Christie's. No, no, no . . . and it's a zone II model designed not to blow away in 100 mph winds! Lol. And, furthermore, what self respecting equestrian property in Connecticut doesn't have a covered arena for winters? Next!
